By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Products
We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, and handmade or embroidered products may have small variations as part of their nature.

Product descriptions, availability and prices may change from time to time. This will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

Orders
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your basket. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, or we reasonably suspect fraud.

If we cannot accept your order, we will let you know and refund any payment already taken.

Please check personalised wording, sizes, colours and other custom details carefully before submitting your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as quickly as possible. We will always try to help if work has not yet begun.

Prices and payment
The price shown when you place your order is the price you will pay, subject to any obvious pricing error.

Delivery charges and any applicable international charges are shown before you complete checkout. For some international destinations, duties, taxes and other import-related charges may be included in the price or collected at checkout.

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and making times are shown on the website and in our Shipping Policy. Custom embroidered products are made to order and normally dispatch within the stated lead time.

We are responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you, or to a person you have identified to receive them. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your rights to cancel an order, return products and receive refunds are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Some goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you are excluded from the normal 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the artwork, embroidery designs, photographs, text, graphics and other original content on this website belong to Lisa Macario Limited or are used with permission.

You may view and use the website for personal purposes, but you may not reproduce, copy, commercially exploit or distribute our content or designs without permission.

Reviews and other content you submit
If you submit a review, photograph or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. We may display that content in connection with the store and its promotion, but we will not claim ownership of your original work.

Third-party services and Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. We also use third-party services to provide features such as payments, reviews, shipping and other store functions.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services.

Website availability
We may update, change or temporarily suspend parts of the website from time to time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any rights you have under UK consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you entered into the contract with us, or for business losses where you are purchasing as a consumer.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms that apply to your purchase are those in force when your order is placed.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you also retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights available to you where you live.
