Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact me within 24 hours and I’ll do my best to help.
Custom or made-to-order items can be changed up until work begins. If you’re unsure, just get in touch and I’ll let you know where your order is in the process.
Can I order a colour/size/style you don’t have?
As a small business I don’t stock every option, but I’m always happy to help if you’re looking for something specific.
If an item or size is out of stock, feel free to email me and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Shipping
📦 Shipping Information
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. When your order is ready to ship, I’ll send tracking details so you can keep an eye on its journey.
🇬🇧 UK Orders
All UK packages are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Shipping is £4.95 and usually arrives in 1–3 business days after dispatch.
To reduce waste and avoid overproduction, every item is made to order. I aim to dispatch embroidered work within 2 - 3 weeks, and other items usually ship sooner.
If you need something in a urgently, feel free to get in touch - I’ll always do my best to help.
🌍 International Orders
I am not currently shipping my embroidery work outside of the UK, it’s too much paperwork for a small business. However, I’m using my print partner to send tees and prints from a location local to you where possible.
Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location, but most parcels arrive within 7–11 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
Non-returnable items
I cannot accept returns on custom items, sale products or gift cards. Please refer to the size guides and check all slogan spelling when placing a custom order. Please let me know if you’ve made a mistake or changed your mind, I’m happy to make alterations right up until the moment I start embroidering.
Digital downloads are non-returnable once delivered, but if you have any issues accessing your files, I’m happy to help.
Returns
I have a 14-day return policy (excluding custom products), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact me at the link below. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It will be your responsibility to pay the cost of return postage. Please use a tracked service, as I can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right.
Printed items are made to order via my print partner. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to me.
Exchanges
The easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
