What size should I buy?

Can I change or cancel my order?

I completely understand that you might change your mind! Contact me within 24 hours if you’d like to cancel your order entirely.

You can make changes to your custom order right up until the moment I start work on it. Contact me to find out what stage it’s at.

How do I order a phrase I saw on Instagram?

Custom order it! Most of the work I share is one-of-a-kind so you might not find it on the website but I’m very happy to make another.

Can I order a colour/size/style you don’t have?

If the thing you’re looking for is out of stock please send me an email. I’m a small business and can’t stock every option but I’m always happy to help find what you’re searching for.

SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Shipping

📦 Shipping Information

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. When your order is ready to ship, I’ll send you tracking details so you can keep an eye on its journey.

🇬🇧 UK Orders

All UK packages are sent via Royal Mail Tracked.

Shipping is £3.95 and usually arrives in 1–3 business days after dispatch.

To reduce waste and avoid overproduction, every item is made to order. I aim to dispatch within 2 - 3weeks, and I appreciate your patience while I create your item with care.

If you need something sooner, feel free to get in touch - I’ll always do my best to help.

🌍 International Orders

I ship internationally using Royal Mail International Tracked services.

  • Orders under 150g: £9.95
  • Orders 150g and up: £19.95

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most parcels arrive within 7–11 business days.

Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in the item or shipping price. If you’re unsure, please check with your local customs office.

If you choose not to pay the customs fees and your parcel is returned to me, I’ll refund the item cost (minus shipping). Custom orders are non-refundable. If you’d like the item resent, I’ll ask you to cover the new shipping cost.

🇪🇺🇺🇸 EU, NI & US Orders

I’m currently not shipping to the EU, Northern Ireland, or the United States - the rules and customers requirements are a nightmare for small sellers. Hopefully things will change in the future - sign up to the newsletter to stay updated.

Returns & Exchanges

Non-returnable items 
I cannot accept returns on custom items, sale products or gift cards. Please refer to the size guides and check all slogan spelling when placing a custom order. Please let me know if you’ve made a mistake or changed your mind, I’m happy to make alterations right up until the moment I start embroidering.

Returns
I have a 14-day return policy (excluding custom products), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact me at the link below. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It will be your responsibility to pay the cost of return postage. It is advised to obtain proof of postage and use a tracked service. I am not liable for items lost in the returns post. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right.

Exchanges 
The easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
