Shipping policy

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive another email with your tracking information. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt, with the exception of orders that include custom embroidery. These orders will be subject to the advertised embroidery lead time. We ship within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked services, and shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package at checkout.

For international orders, we use Royal Mail International tracked services. Please be advised that import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine what these charges may be. If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the item(s) minus shipping fees. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for customised orders, and additional shipping costs will need to be paid before we can attempt to resend the package.
