Shipping policy

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order is ready to ship, I’ll send tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Custom embroidered pieces are made to order and usually dispatch within 2–3 weeks. Other items may ship sooner. If you need something quickly send me an email and I'll do my best.

UK orders
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Shipping is £4.95, with free UK delivery on orders of £65 or more.

International orders
International shipping is currently available to selected countries.

Orders to Australia and New Zealand are sent by Royal Mail International.

Orders to the US, Canada and selected European countries are handled through a shipping partner. International prices may be higher because applicable duties, taxes and international fees are included upfront, so there should be no additional customs charges on delivery.

Northern Ireland
Unfortunately, I’m currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland due to product compliance requirements. I hope to offer this again in future.
