Shipping policy

 

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive another email with your tracking information. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We ship within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked services, and shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package at checkout.

For international orders, duties and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so there should be no additional customs charges on delivery. International orders are sent using tracked services.

Northern Ireland: Unfortunately, I’m currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland due to product compliance requirements. I hope to offer this again in future.
