I can’t accept returns on custom items, sale products or gift cards. Please refer to the size guides and check all slogan spelling when placing a custom order. Please let me know if you’ve made a mistake or changed your mind, I’m happy to make alterations right up until the moment I start embroidering.
Returns
I have a 14-day return policy (excluding custom products), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
