What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you please refer to the guides. They’re located on the product pages and in the links below.

Can I change or cancel my order?

I completely understand that you might change your mind! Contact me within 24 hours if you’d like to cancel your order entirely.

You can make changes to your custom order right up until the moment I start work on it. Contact me to find out what stage it’s at.

How do I order a phrase I saw on Instagram?

Custom order it! Most of the work I share is one-of-a-kind so you might not find it on the website but I’m very happy to make another.

Can I order a colour/size/style you don’t have?

If the item you’re looking for is out of stock please sign up to the waitlist. I try to update the shop weekly.

If you’re looking for something else entirely please contact me. I’m a small business and can’t stock every option but I’m always happy to help find what you’re searching for.

SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Shipping

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know I have your order. As soon as your order is ready to go, I’ll send you another email with your tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package.

Just so you know, shipping fees are non-refundable in case you need to return your order.

I do my best to ship out orders within 2-3 business days, unless you've ordered something with custom embroidery. In that case, I need a more time to make sure it's perfect. The lead time for custom embroidery is two weeks.

WITHIN UK

If you're in the UK, I use Royal Mail Tracked services to ship your package. The shipping cost is based on the weight and value of your order and will be calculated for you at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL

I use Royal Mail International Tracked services. The cost is calculated for you at checkout and depends on the destination country and the weight of your order.

For international orders the website will display prices without U.K. sales tax. Import duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you upon delivery. If you need advice on import duty or tax, you must contact your local authorities.

If you decide not to pay the charges and the package is returned to me, I’ll give you a refund for the item(s) minus shipping fees. However I can’t issue a refund for custom orders. If you need me to resend your package, I’ll ask you to cover the additional shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Non-returnable items 
I cannot accept returns on custom items, sale products or gift cards. Please refer to the size guides and check all slogan spelling when placing a custom order. Please let me know if you’ve made a mistake or changed your mind, I’m happy to make alterations right up until the moment I start embroidering.

Returns
I have a 14-day return policy (excluding custom products), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact me at the link below. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It will be your responsibility to pay the cost of return postage. It is advised to obtain proof of postage and use a tracked service. I am not liable for items lost in the returns post. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right.

Exchanges 
The easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
